  1. Open the Start Menu in your system.
  2. Type View advanced system settings.
  3. Click to open View Advanced System settings.
  4. The System Properties window will open.
  5. Click the Advanced tab.
  6. Click Settings under the Startup and Recovery section.
  7. Now, go to Write debugging information section and click the drop-down button.
  8. Select Small memory dump.
  9. It will make memory dumps readable with the file explorer like Blue Screen View.
  10. Click Ok from the bottom of the window.
  11. Now, again click Ok in the Advanced System Settings window.
  12. Now, open your web browser and go to the address bar.
  13. Type nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen.view.html and press enter.
  14. Now, the BlueScreenView program will find and analyze the dump files. It will enable you to see the program running before the crash.
  15. Now, click the Download BlueScreenView with full install/uninstall support link.
  16. Now, click to open the setup file from the location where you saved it while downloading.
  17. Now install the BlueScreenView and click Yes.
  18. Now, click Next twice and finally click Install.
  19. Once, the installation is complete, open the program.
  20. Select Run NirSoft BlueScreenView and click Finish.
  21. The BlueScreenView has top and bottom pane. The Dump files are in the top pane.
